Hey, I'm back.

Medium: Graphite Pencil on Cold Press Paper.

Decided I wanted to get into doing comics & cartoons, but have never done them before, and don't really have a style other than fine/traditional art. I though first maybe I should just do a study to get down the correct proportions of the ponies first before going out doing comics.

While this was done with just paper and drawing pencils, I did have to touch this up a bit in Photoshop. I accidentally made some saliva fly out of my mouth (when talking to my roommate), and it landed on the drawing. >_> ruined the shading in one area. See If you can guess where it is.

I also didn't do the shading on her mane as well as I did on her tail. I did the head hair first, but not the best way.

I'll probably do some more pencil drawings till I'm comfortable with the proportions of these characters.

Thanks, it took me a while. I wish I did her mane like I did the tail (I found a good method for doing hair, only near the ending of the drawing). Oh Well...
